DEVELOPMENT STATUS · CONCEPT / R&D

COLOR SYSTEM

One standard. Five visual expressions.

Midnight NavySignature / professional
Warm IvoryClean / refined
Bronze GoldPremium / distinctive
Warm GrayVersatile / modern
CONVVIO OrangeVisible / signal

SYSTEM INTENT

Protection first. Branding second. Workflow third.

Head protection

Any future production helmet must begin with an appropriately certified base product for the intended use and jurisdiction.

Manufacturer-approved accessories

Mounts, lights, visors, cameras or other attachments cannot compromise protective performance or violate the helmet manufacturer’s instructions.

Field identity

Color, credential placement and restrained branding should make the operator identifiable without turning PPE into decoration.

CONCEPT MODULES

What the system is exploring.

01

Helmet base

Certified third-party head protection selected for the actual work environment before branding or accessories.

02

Capture mount

Optional camera mounting concepts for approved documentation workflows, only where manufacturer and site rules allow.

03

Lighting & visibility

Task-light concepts for work support without replacing required site illumination or PPE.

04

Credential-ready identity

Integration with the VALUEWARD360 credential and lanyard system while preserving issuer-controlled credentials and site rules.

FUTURE / OPTIONAL

Spatial and connected workflows stay in the Lab.

AR eyewear, connected accessories, QR/NFC access, digital identity and camera-assisted workflows remain exploratory. They do not replace protective eyewear, required PPE or ordinary safe work practices.

LAB RULE

Prototype before promise. Safety, certification, ergonomics, privacy, battery behavior and jobsite acceptance must be tested before any public sale or operational deployment.
