Effective September 22, 2026. These terms govern use of the VALUEWARD360 website. A separate written scope, proposal, invoice, work order or agreement controls any paid service engagement.
You may use this website for lawful informational and business-inquiry purposes. Do not attempt to disrupt the site, misuse forms, interfere with security or use site content in a way that violates applicable law or another party’s rights.
VALUEWARD360 provides visual site documentation and related reality-capture services only as specifically agreed for a project. Website descriptions are general and do not create a contract, guarantee availability or define a final scope.
Unless expressly stated in a signed agreement, VALUEWARD360 does not provide surveying, engineering, architectural, code-compliance, safety-inspection or other licensed professional services. Visual documentation is not a substitute for those services.
Website pricing examples, including pilot pricing, are starting points for qualifying scopes. Final scope, access requirements, timing, deliverables, pricing, deposits and payment terms are agreed before work begins.
Clients and authorized contacts are responsible for providing lawful access, identifying restricted or sensitive areas, communicating site rules and obtaining permissions needed for the agreed capture.
The VALUEWARD360 name, branding, website copy, graphics and site design are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Project deliverables and usage rights are governed by the applicable client agreement.
The website may depend on third-party hosting, form, email, storage, payment or other services. Their availability and terms may affect website or service functionality.
The website is provided for general information and business inquiry. To the extent permitted by law, VALUEWARD360 does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free website operation and is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising solely from use of this website.
These website terms are governed by the laws applicable in New York, without limiting rights that cannot legally be waived.
Except for ordinary public-search indexing that complies with our published crawler directives, automated scraping, bulk extraction, text or data mining, model training, dataset creation, mirroring, or systematic reuse of VALUEWARD360 website content, branding, graphics or project materials is prohibited without prior written permission, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
Visual records may support context, communication and documentation workflows, but they are not an appraisal, insurance adjustment, coverage determination, cause-of-loss analysis, forensic conclusion, legal evidence guarantee, or professional inspection.
