You receive the organized record through the sharing method agreed in the scope.

Authorized team members revisit the site remotely whenever questions come up.
What to expect
You arrange access. We confirm rooms, floors and timing in advance, and capture only the agreed areas.
Tell us about sensitive spaces, occupants or documents before the visit. Restricted areas are excluded as agreed.
We document what the scope defines, not everything in the building. Any change to scope is agreed before work continues.
Your record is delivered through an agreed method, such as a shared cloud folder or hosted 360° viewer.
Visual documentation supports project review and does not replace licensed surveys, engineering verification, architectural services, code inspections or trade-specific field verification.
Pilot Site Record — $450 for qualifying small, straightforward scopes. $225 deposit to book.
